In an attempt to "find myself" again after the kid Gus bought me a gift certificate to a drawing class. It was good, sometimes I didn't want to go but I always made myself and was always happy I ended up there. It really made me miss fashion illustration though.
I realize now that I shouldn't have gone into design. I HATE sewing, suck at drafting but will freely admit that I am good at drawing. I think I'm pretty self conscious about most things, but I generally feel confident about my illustration skills.
My drawing confidence got a big ol' boost from Nicole in the other day. I'd sent her a drawing of a sexy lady I did recently and she had me draw a picture for the cover of the court jeans lookbook! Yay! I'll post it when it comes out. Until then, here's the picture that got the ball rolling.
